Jumex Group appoints Salvi Folch as new General Manager

Last week, the Jumex Board of Directors appointed Salvi Folch as CEO of Grupo Jumex. Eugenio López Alonso's first actions, making adjustments to the company's management team.

Salvi Folch is an economist at ITAM and has an MBA from London Business School. He spent more than 20 years at Grupo Televisa, where he was Chief Financial Officer for 14 years and CEO of Izzi Telecom from 2017 to 2021.

Salvi Folch replaces Luis Hurtado, who retired after a solid career with Grupo Jumex for more than 30 years.

Grupo Jumex is moving forward in the transformation process to face the challenges presented by the market in terms of digitalization, operational efficiency and sustainability.
